Brothers with Benefits has finally come out! Hop on over to Stiff Rain Press and pick up a copy of my latest Twincest book set in the Visive Encounters world. =D
Tomorrow, my book, Brothers with Benefits, will finally be released by Stiff Rain Press! I had a ton of fun writing BWB and I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks about it!
Here’s the latest blurb for the book:
Josh is secretly in love with Erick. How could he not be? Erick is sweet, funny, smart, and as wonderful as he is handsome. He’s simply everything Josh could ever want in a man. Plus, there’s no one in the world that knows or understands him better. After all, Josh and Erick have been friends and companions for as long as either can remember.
But Josh is sure that he’ll never find the right opportunity to share his feelings with Erick.
However, everything changes when Josh creates a profile on the popular online social network, Visive Encounters, a video chat website that randomly arranges face-to-face meetings with strangers via webcam. One night, in a collision of fate and software algorithms, Josh is more than surprised when his monitor reflects a mirror image…his random connection is none other than the object of his desire, his twin brother Erick.
With only a screen of pixels separating them, will Josh finally be able to confess his more-than-brotherly feelings to his twin? Will a lifetime of memories be enough to hold the brothers together?
My editor and I have been working nonstop on edits the past few weeks. Okay, maybe not nonstop. But an awful lot! I’ve even gotten the mock up for my cover art! But the best part is, I’ve gotten the projected release date for Brothers with Benefits! Brothers with Benefits is scheduled to be released by Stiff Rain Press on April 10, 2013. I can’t wait!
In case you’re wondering what Brothers with Benefits is about, here’s the blurb!
Josh has always been in love with Erick. There are, after all, a million reasons to love Erick: he’s smart, funny, and hot as hell. They’ve grown up together; they know each other better than anyone else. Josh has every reason in the world to love Erick as deeply as he does…
Except for the one reason he shouldn’t love Erick: they’re twin brothers.
The Next Big Thing Blog Hop
The evil wonderful Z. Allora tagged me to do this. Here’s how it works. Each author answers ten questions about their book — either a work in progress or an upcoming release — and tags five other authors who talk about their own books the next week, link back to the author who tagged them and tag five new authors. And so on, and so on, and so on. So, here it goes.
1: What is the working title of your book?
Bothers with Benefits by William Cooper
2: Where did the idea come from for the book?
The idea for the book came from a brainstorming session with Evie Kiels. We had decided to make a series revolving around a video chat website. I’d had the title sitting around in my files from the last time I was brainstorming Twincest titles and the story just kinda fell into place.
3: What genre does your book fall under?
Gay erotic romance, but more specifically, twincest.
4: Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?
I honestly have no idea what actors I’d have play my characters. It’s not something I usually think about.
5: What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?
When two brothers are brought together through the internet, only trouble can follow.
6: Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
Brothers with Benefits will be released through Stiff Rain Press. The release date is still to be determined.
7: How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
I have no idea. I wrote the first draft over a year ago. I don’t remember specifics back that far. =P
8: What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?
There aren’t really many twincest books out there that I could compare this to.
9: Who or What inspired you to write this book?
Evie was probably my main inspiration for the book. She was the one who helped me sort through different ideas and beta read my early drafts.
Sites like Omegle and Chatroulette provided the basis for Visige Encounters, the chat site that plays a key role in the book.
As for motivating me to actually finish the book, you can thank Z. Allora for that. Her constant poking
10: What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
This is the longest book I’ve written yet. It also has the steamiest sex I’ve written, thanks to the help of some amazing beta readers.
People who will be carrying on The Next Big Thing Blog Hop Next Wednesday:
Since I seem to be one of the last people who’ve done this, I was only able to wrangle up one author to continue after me. Ursula Istrati is a member of the smutwriters group I belong to on Reddit. She’s a pretty talented author that any erotica fan should check out. She even does her own covers!
Okay, since I haven’t been posting very much, I wanted to give you guys a heads up on the projects I’m currently working on.
Brothers with Benefits – Accepted to Stiff Rain Press, awaiting edits.
A Ticklish Problem – A college-age story about two Asian boys.
Lights, Camera, Orgasm – A story about two brothers who shoot porn together for extra cash.
Counting Cocks – A story about two step-brothers. Set in the same world as BWB.
I also have two short erotica pieces in the works. One is a brocest piece, the other is a straight piece that I’ll probably pub under a different name.
I didn’t get very much accomplished this year, so I’m trying to really push myself for next year. I’ve got a couple other twincest/brocest pieces that are begging to be written as well. (You can blame Z. Allora for those.) So you’ll probably see quite a few of them over the next year.
After having some conflicts with Less Than Three Press a little while back, I had ended up pulling my book from them before release. I spent the last couple months reworking it along with some amazing authors *Cough* Z. Allora *cough* I ended up submitting the story to Stiff Rain Press, the taboo imprint of Resplendence Publishing.
Well, yesterday I signed my contract with them! Brothers with Benefits will now be coming out some time next year from Stiff Rain Press! I’ll be joining amazing authors like Z. Allora, Carol Lynne, and Geoffrey Knight at an amazing publishing house. If you guys haven’t yet, head on over and check out Stiff Rain Press.
Don’t forget to hunt for your snowflakes! =)

Happy holidays! Silver Publishing wants to give our fans more than 60 chances to win either a free Holiday Story from our 25 Days of Christmas Releases or for a lucky random five 20% off codes! And if you are really dedicated there is a Word Scramble included that will provide a discount for titles purchased during the last week of December!
To make it even more exciting, the authors participating may offer new and interesting content or contests of their own to help distract from the frantic pace of the holidays.
So, how does it work?
In a nutshell: Find all the snowflakes every day, email us at promotions@spsilverpublishing.com with the author name/date for each snowflake you find, check our blog daily to see if you won and then use the pertinent snowflakes to spell out an additional discount code to use at the end of the month.
Not in a nutshell: Participants go to the following blogs every day in December and find the hidden snowflakes. There will be at least two, sometimes three snowflakes to be found among the list of facebook/blogs/websites below for our authors. The snowflake will look like a variation of this:

Find them all for the maximum amount of chances to win.
Once you find the snowflake, note the letter, number or character as well as the numerical indicator (if present) on the snowflake for the scramble. The numbered snowflakes will line up to spell out your discount code.
Email us at promotions@silverpublishing.com with the name of the blog/website where the snowflakes were hidden on that date.
Important email format: Please put only the name of one author and the date in your subject line – for maximum chances to win, each snowflake/author found should be its own email for an increased daily chance to win.
If your email subject line includes the correct answer you will be entered into a random drawing to win the Christmas Release for the day you found the snowflake. There will be at least 2 winners per day; five days there will be 3 winners.
Winners will be notified in our new BLOG here: http://bit.ly/Wi7uyq = (bookmark this link so that you can check back each day.) If you are the winner for that day, email us with your email address and format desired to promotions@silverpublishing.com so that we can get your prize to you quickly.
Helpful hints: Some authors will have more than one snowflake during the event. But authors will only post one snowflake per day so search them all every day. Don’t leave any out for maximum chances to win.
Once you have found all the snowflakes, line up the letters, characters and numbers based on the numerical indicator (when present) to spell out our Holiday message and receive a discount code that will be active from Dec 25 – 31st.
Not every participating author has a Holiday release but you’ll want to collect the snowflake on their site for another chance to win the story being released that day. And…they might have one of the five valuable discount snowflakes we’ve hidden with your chance to win that day.
If the authors are running additional contests, take advantage for additional ways to win throughout the month.

Brothers with Benefits is my newest twincest book and is part of the 66 Faces series. The 66 Faces series is a series of books that revolve around the fictional video chat website 66 Faces. It’s co-written with Evie Kiels and both of us have a few more books planned for the series.
So keep an eye out for my story, Brothers with Benefits, and Evie Kiels’s story, Casual (Sex) Friday!
Tomorrow, my story Christmas Gifts will release from MLR Press as well, so keep an eye out for that, too!
